WBCE 1.1 beta => RC

WBCE 1.1 steht als RC 1 (Release Candidate) ab sofort zum Download und Testen bereit.

Die ausführlichen Release Notes (auf englisch) gibt es auf Github. Kurz zusammengefasst:

1. Sicherheit - zahlreiche potenzielle Sicherheitslücken beseitigt

2. Neues Feature: Dateiname kann jetzt vom Menütitel unabhängig sein

3. Neues Feature: Wartungsmodus (per Admintool ein/ausschaltbar)

4. Templates (Standard-Frontend- und Backend-Templates) laden keine Google-Fonts mehr nach

5. Hooks für Outputfilter, alter Outputfilter kann per Setting deaktiviert werden

6. Session Lifetime einstellbar

7. Autoloader, um in Modulen/Templates eigene Funktionen nachzuladen

8. Verzicht auf Singletab-Secure Form

9. Klasse für globale Settings eingeführt

10. Neues Logo, überarbeitete Backend-Templates

11. Diverse weitere kleine Bugfixes

We just released WBCE 1.1 RC 1 for testing purposes.

Several security issues and bugs were fixed, some smaller new features found their way into this release and the backend themes were reworked.
Please find the complete release note (in english) on Github. Summary:

1. Security - many potential security issues were fixed

2. New Feature: The filename can now differ from the menu title (whohoo!)

3. New Feature: Maintenance mode (including new admintool to switch maintenance mode on/off)

4. Templates (default frontend and backend templates) do not load Google-Fonts any longer

5. Hooks for outputfilter, old outputfilter can be switched off

6. Adjustable session lifetime

7. Autoloader for own functions in modules/classes

8. Removal of the never properly working singletab-secure form

9. New class for global settings

10. New logo, reworked backend templates

11. several small bugfixes
