Modul User Statistics show the AM/PM

Is there a way to show the AM / PM for "Last Login" time?

Yes. In the modules/userstat/tool.php, change line 92

'LAST_LOGIN'	=> date((($row['login_when'] == 0) ? ' ' : $LANG[0]['DATE_FORMAT']), (int) $row['login_when']),

to

'LAST_LOGIN'	=> date((($row['login_when'] == 0) ? ' ' : DATE_FORMAT.' '.TIME_FORMAT), (int) $row['login_when']),

Actually, the tool is obsolete, the core "Account and Signups configuration" admin tool shows the same information.
Nevertheless, the Signup tool has the same issue, so if you use that, change line 44 of /modules/tool_account_settings/theme/tool_overview.twig

to

Thank you for the heads up on "Account and Signups configuration", I had never noticed it.  I guess I need to look around a bit more at wbce 1.5.

Oddly, Account and Signups configuration shows a 24 hour time, so I do not have the same issue.
