Modul "Topics" auf der Seite?
Afaiks it depends only to module "Topics" and the call/include of the "delete.php" of this module.

file: [..]/WBCE/wb/modules/topics/delete.php
line: 62

$link = $query_details2->fetchRow();

makes the trouble in the process as it overwrites the given var $link within the assoc array of the last query ...

The currend block inside [Topics]/delete.php
line: 61-65

$query_details2 = $database->query("SELECT * FROM ".TABLE_PREFIX."pages WHERE page_id = '$page_id'");
$link = $query_details2->fetchRow();
if(is_writable(WB_PATH.PAGES_DIRECTORY.$link['link'].PAGE_EXTENSION)) {
	unlink(WB_PATH.PAGES_DIRECTORY.$link['link'].PAGE_EXTENSION);
}

could be also writen/formed like e.g.

$topics_link = $database->get_one("SELECT `link` FROM `".TABLE_PREFIX."pages` WHERE `page_id` = '".$page_id."'");
if(is_writable(WB_PATH.PAGES_DIRECTORY.$topics_link.PAGE_EXTENSION)) {
	unlink(WB_PATH.PAGES_DIRECTORY.$topics_link.PAGE_EXTENSION);
}

to get rid of this missbehavoir during the delete-page process.

Hm ... eigentlich müsste die "core-" funktion "delete_page" mal "durchgepustet" werden ... das kann mit/in anderen Modulen auch passieren.
