Bakery page settings: number of columns setting does not work

Hello

I have just upgraded old site with Bakery module from WB2.8.3 to WBCE 1.4.4.
Bakery has been upgraded from 1.7 to 1.89.

In upgraded module number of columns setting does not work. So on products page all available items are displayed in one row.

Could you please advice me what to do with it?

Ok. I found my fault. It is necessary to set: $use_table=True in bakery config.

It depends. If you want to use the old table-based design from the prior Bakery versions or have created an own design based on tables, you actually need to set use_table to true.
To make use of the grid based layout w/o tables, create a new bakery page, which will get the new layout settings by default, and apply them to the existing pages. (Be careful when doing so, to avoid any display errors. Maybe you should create a testpage first to prove that all is displayed as expected.)
