Delete a disabled user

Hi and I wish you to have a nice month!
I am trying to delete a disabled user but I cannot find how to...
I have read from the documentation manual :
"Button Delete: You have to delete a disabled user account to quash it, deleting an active user account just sets it disabled."
but there is not any user to select from the drop down menu to delete it, cause the users that I want to delete they are disabled!

Please any suggestion how can I handle it and permanently delete a user from users table?

In the upper left corner you can change by click  the sight from "Modify/Delete User active" to "Modify/Delete User deleted".

In that table you will find the deactivated user to delete him totally.
