Liebes Support-Team!

Ich habe 3 Webseiten mit den genialen Updatescript upgedatet.

Nur eine macht Schwierigkeiten mit dem ckeditor Version >4.17

Nach dem Update kann man die Seiten im Backend zwar öffnen nur zeigt der ckeditor nichts an....

Nach dem Update kann man die Seiten im Backend zwar öffnen nur zeigt der ckeditor nichts an....

Wird der CKE geladen und der Inhalt ist leer oder fehlt auch der CKE?

In den erweiterten Grundeinstellungen gibt, einen Schalter wo der CKE auf "Keine" gestellt werden kann, wird der Inhalt dann angezeigt?


Bitte deinstalliere den CKE in deiner Umgebung lade dir die neueste Version der Standard Edition hier runter und installiere diese über das Backend.

Wenn bei dir nach dem WBCE 1.5.4 Update noch der CKE 4.17 vorhanden ist, hat beim hochladen was gewaltig nicht funktioniert.

Wie hast du die Installationen aktualisiert, per Unzip am Server oder einzel Upload mit einem FTP Programm (welches wurde verwendet)?


Des Weiteren was wird in der Browser Konsole F12 angezeigt (wenn der CKE nicht will, sollte da eine Errormeldung stehen)?

Überprüfe Mal deinen Webbrowser und schau nach ob dein Add Blocker deaktiviert ist.

Sind alle drei Webseiten bei dem selben Hoster?

Wenn die Seite die Probleme macht, bei einem anderen ist, könnte es eventuell am Opcache liegen.

Und wenn ich auch noch meinen Senf dazugeben darf: bitte in der config.php prüfen, dass WB_URL *nicht* mit einem Slash endet.
Bitte auch mal schauen, ob im Errorlog was steht.

Sorgen sind wie Nudeln: man macht sich meist zu viele.

Der ckeditor wird geladen und zeigt nichts an, bei dem Update wurde die aktuelle Version des ckeditors geladen, ich bin nur schrittweise retour gegangen weil 1.5.2 und ckeditor 4.16 es funktionierte.

ckeditor deinstalliert neue Version Standoart installiert 4.20 --> selbes Fehlerbild

In den erweiterten Grundeinstellungen gibt, einen Schalter wo der CKE auf "Keine" gestellt werden kann, wird der Inhalt dann angezeigt? --> Ja

Beide Versionen unzip & Upload auf den Server mit WinSCP versucht.

Nein, waren 4 unterschiedliche Hoster, wo ich hänge ist der easyserver
Ublock und pihole deaktivert --kein Erfolg

Dein Hoster hat wie im Thread von 2020 bereits erwähnt, automatische Code Korrektur/Erkennungs-Mechaniken deaktiviert.

Dadurch funktioniert, ein normal funktionierender Code bei dir nicht.
