AddonMonitor (display fix for hybride modules)

Hi,

I had to help on a migration from WB to WBCE and I stumbled upon an issue with the AddonMonitor.
In WBCE NorHei introduced "hybrid" modules which are great and useful. With these it's possible to create one module for several functionalities (for example a Page type module could also have a Snippet built in or an Admin-Tool layer).

However, I missed that the Addon Monitor Tool does not (currently) consider hybrid modules and it may lead to confusion. Like for me. I was trying to trace where different instances of MiniForm are used on the page, but couldn't. That's because the WBCE version of MiniForm contains an AdminTool layer that can show all the entries of all pages in one place.  This makes it a Hybride module (page + tool) and it didn't show correctly in the AddonMonitor.

Therefore I reworked the way the Addons are handled and now each hybride module will show in the AddonMonitor correctly.
Just change the functions.php file that was attached to this post.
