MiniSlides - replacement for MiniSlider

Hello community,

I just released v 1.0 of my new MiniSlides module.
It is meant to be a replacement for the old MiniSlider module.

Just upgraded the minislides module to v1.0.1

There was a problem when the aspect ratio for cropping was set to "none". This is fixed now.

As it is meant to be a replacement for the old MiniSlider module, will there be the option to add links either in description or/and images some day?

It now allows the use of html in the caption.
It can be used for links, but with a little effort also for images/animations/etc..

Short Question to the Caption of this slider. If I insert a text as a caption, I can't change it afterwards. I have to upload a completely new image with a different name, and only then is the text gone.

Is there a way to change the image description / caption text and using the same image?

Can't confirm, when clicking on the small edit button the modal window opens and I can change the caption. There's a small design glitch on flat BE theme, but changing the caption still works. Does ist look like this at you too?

Same here, but when you try to change or delete the text, is still there in the same place.
I can't remove or delete the text! I can only change the text if I remove the whole image and upload it again under a new name.

WBCE Version: 1.5.4
PHP Version: 7.4.33
MiniSlides Version 1.0.1

The only way to change/delete the caption text is manually with Adminer.

Ok after a test with MiniSlides 1.0.3 same for me.

Might need an update... v 1.0.3 is available.

You can remove the caption by entering - (hyphen) and save.
