How to go in to FolderGallery Adminpage
I can't find the way to start FolderGallery Admin page

If you create a new FolderGallery page or section, the settings of the FG should be displayed automatically.
add, and then appears
Can be accessed via button "general settings" on an existing FG section.

I am just get an empty page, and I don't see the admin facility. Maybee I should try to install the plugin again ?

Ah, I see. Probably some database tables are missing. Please have a look at Admintools > error Log viewer, which exceptions are listed there. Not sure if simply re-installing the module will fix the issue.
