Shorturl only by wblink in ckeditor not good redirect

Hi strange thing happen shorturl is working only if i inserted a wblink in the ckeditor to contact page shows the 'pages' in the url, al other pages are good i have done this, but no succes. What can i do? insteed of a direct link to the page?

Go to Admintools > OutputFilter Dashboard and enable the advanced options (last entry on the page) and click save. Then activate the ShortURL Outputfilter (switch the grey circle in front of it to green).
